Our 12 Round’s Workout is more than just a 45-minute workout – it challenges you, pushes you to your limits and rewards you with a feeling of satisfaction and progress.
You learn new things, make progress and achieve your goals, whether alone or in a group.

Show UP
Simply come at a time that fits in with your daily routine. With us, you can start your workout every 3 minutes – with no fixed class times.
Get changed and start your semi-personal training session. An experienced trainer will be at your side to give you the best possible support.
Hit IT
Each station lasts 3 minutes, followed by a 1-minute break.
Whether jumping rope or training in the ring – our training is based on the sequence of a 12-round world championship fight.
You go through an intensive full-body workout with two levels of difficulty: Amateur (beginner) and Pro (advanced).
Knock out
You’ve done it! After 12 rounds, you will have burned up to 1000 calories – in just 45 minutes.
After your workout, you can take a shower or optionally use our recovery zone to recover and relax your muscles.
